Terms of Payment
Effective Date: 4th October 2024
1. Introduction
These Terms of Payment govern the payment terms for services provided by Skelscaff Scaffolding Pty Ltd in the construction industry in NSW, Australia.
2. Payment Terms
– Payments for purchasing Scaffold or scaffolding products are required prior to collection or delivery.
– Payments for hire of Scaffold are due within 14 days of the invoice date.
– Invoices will be issued upon completion of work or on a scheduled basis as agreed upon in the service contract.
– Accepted payment methods include eftpos, Bank Transfer.
3. Late Payments
– We reserve the right to suspend services or removed scaffold until all outstanding payments are received.
4. Disputes
If you believe an invoice is incorrect, please contact us. We will investigate and resolve any disputes promptly.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
– For cancellations made 2 days before the scheduled service, a full refund will be issued if payment has already been made.
– Cancellations made after stock has been delivered to site may incur a 20% cancellation fee.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Payment from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or providing notice to you.
